Santa Barbara, the Lord called the dry land “earth” and the gathering of waters “seas,” signifying that both the land and the sea are creations under God’s authority, not deities like the earth gods or sea gods of mythology. Therefore, apart from God, there should be no other pagan beliefs in Santa Barbara, and all evil spirits must leave. Santa Barbara belongs to God, and any work of the enemy—stealing, killing, and destroying—must be completely removed from Santa Barbara. God desires to restore Santa Barbara to its original beauty—a land of abundance, vast oceans, and a holy spiritual atmosphere—so that its people may enjoy a life of fullness and that it may become a dwelling place pleasing to God. The knowledge of the glory of the Lord shall fill Santa Barbara as the waters cover the sea. Santa Barbara will shine for the Lord, serve as salt for the Lord, and draw millions to seek and know the glorious Savior, Jesus.
