Sutter, because you daily pray and cry out for the Spirit of wisdom and revelation to fill and guide you, God has allowed you to receive and perceive the spiritual shifts that are about to take place in California. You not only understand the path you are to walk, but you also faithfully teach God’s truth to the people in your city and throughout California, preparing their hearts to walk in His ways. You are leading many to actively participate in God’s great plan and work of revival in California, accelerating its transformation into a land of holiness, righteousness, and the glorious presence of God.
